Shipping.
BeadMerrily uses Royal Mail to ship
goods. Most parcels will be sent via First Class
Mail within 24 hours of ordering; BeadMerrily will
normally ship orders over £100 by DHL unless
they happen to be particularly light.We have a Special
Delivery/Courier option available at a cost of £7.95
for customers who require a guaranteed speedy service.
However, we aim to send out most items within 48
hours of the order being accepted, more usually within
24 hours and have a high success rate of our standard
rate parcels arriving by the next day.
UK postage
contributions are charged as follows:-
All orders are charged at £3.95 for shipping.
This will entitle you to First Class Royal Mail postage,
normally boxed and posted out on a daily basis. Back
ordered items will be sent free of charge.
Orders over £75 will be sent free of charge
by normal first class mail.
Please note; p&p cost covers box, labelling, invoices
and staff costs for processing your order, not just
the cost of a stamp. The £3.95 is a contribution
only and serves to keep the prices on the site low.
We try very hard to keep the costs of our shipping
low and fair but we are entirely bound by the prices
Royal Mail set; if we charge less for our p&p,
we have to charge more for the goods!
BeadMerrily uses mainly cardboard boxes
and bio-degradable packaging. Occasionally we will
recycle and reuse good quality packaging that comes
direct from our product suppliers. BeadMerrily aims
to keep the use of bubblewrap and plastic envelops
to a minimum.
Please note: The above postal rates are only
applicable to UK.
Shipping Outside the
UK.
We will be re-instating shipping within
the European Union during November 2007. We will no
longer be shipping outide the European Union.
Returns.
If you wish to return an item, it must be
complete, unopened and unused. Items may be returned at
customers own cost and a refund for the items returned
will be given by the appropriate payment method, whether
directly back to a card, or via the Paypal payment system..
The cost of p&p cannot be refunded. If you wish to
return an item please create a support ticket on the contact
page so the transaction can be logged and progress monitored.
We have a 21 day no quibble return and refund or replacement
policy. Should you wish to return unwanted goods please
send them back in their original condition for a refund.
They must be in their original packaging and in resaleable
condition. The refund will not include postage costs.
Please e-mail us prior to sending the item back, to let
us know that you will be returning the item and ensure
that you include your sales receipt/invoice. Without
this we cannot refund you as speedily as we would like.
If the goods are faulty or we sent the incorrect goods,
we will offer the option of a refund or replacement and
we will refund your return postage costs.
Please note, in the event of a product recall, we will
adhere to our above policy and to the requests of the
recalling distributor.
Cancellation
Policy
If you change your mind
after placing your order and wish to cancel, you may
do so You must email or call as soon as possible to do
this as a cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch.
Please bear in mind that most parcels are despatched
within 24 hours and if an order is placed just before
12pm, it may be sent out within minutes to catch that
days postal collection. A cancellation received after
despatch will count as a return and £3.95 for postage
will be deducted and the items must be return as new
and at the customers expense. Cancellations received
before despatch will incur no fee or handling charge.
